When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will begin to process the next business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Shipping and delivery are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping is free for all orders over $99 before taxes and discounts are applied.

We ship to every residential address in the continental U.S., including P.O. boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control. In no event shall ProBeautyShops.com be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

Transit times are typically 2 to 7 business days within the continental US and up to 15 days for Alaska and Hawaii.

• Orders shipping via FedEx Smartpost may take 7-12 business days to be delivered.
• Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
