[{"title":"What is PBS Pro Points?","content":"

PBS Pro Points is our free loyalty rewards program built exclusively for licensed beauty professionals. You earn points on every full-price purchase and can redeem them for store credit or free products. Please review our PBS Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions for more complete details.

"},{"title":"Who can join?","content":"

The program is open to licensed beauty professionals only — estheticians, cosmetologists, lash artists, nail technicians, salon owners, and spa operators. You’ll need a valid professional license to enroll.

"},{"title":"How do I sign up?","content":"

It’s easy! Create an account on our website and complete the license verification process. Once your license is verified, you’re automatically enrolled and will receive 100 bonus points just for joining.

"},{"title":"Is there a fee to join?","content":"

Nope — PBS Pro Points is completely free. There are no membership fees, annual charges, or hidden costs. Ever.

"},{"title":"Can I have more than one account?","content":"

Each business entity is limited to one account. If you operate multiple locations, please contact our support team to discuss your options.

"},{"title":"How do I earn Pro Points?","content":"

You earn 1 Pro Point for every $1 you spend on any full-price purchase. Plus, there are tons of bonus ways to rack up points:

Account Creation + License Verification: 100 points
Product Review (UGC Submission): 50 points
Comment Review: 25 points
Business Anniversary: 200 points annually

"},{"title":"What’s the Hero Product Incentive?","content":"

When we launch a featured product, you’ll earn double points (2× multiplier) on that product during launch week. It’s our way of letting you try what’s new while stacking up extra rewards.

"},{"title":"Do I earn points on every purchase?","content":"

You earn points on all full-price purchases. Points are calculated on the pre-tax, pre-shipping subtotal. Items purchased on sale, designated event pricing (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday), or at clearance pricing are excluded from point earning.

"},{"title":"How do I redeem my points? ","content":"

At checkout, use the rewards slider to apply your store credit. It’s built right into the checkout flow — no codes to copy, no extra steps.

"},{"title":"What are the redemption tiers?","content":"

You can redeem your points at three store credit levels:

100 points = $5 Store Credit
200 points = $10 Store Credit
500 points = $25 Store Credit

"},{"title":"Can I redeem points for free products?","content":"

Yes! We periodically offer free product redemptions as an alternative to store credit. Check your account dashboard for current free product options and their point costs.

"},{"title":"Can I cash out my points?","content":"

Points don’t have a cash value and can’t be converted to cash, transferred to another account, or applied outside of the PBS store. They’re exclusively for use toward your professional supply purchases.

"},{"title":"What are VIP Tiers?","content":"

As you spend more, you unlock higher reward levels. There are three tiers based on your annual qualifying spend:

Licensed Artist | $0 – $500 | 1× points
Studio Pro | $501 – $1,500 | 1.25× points
Salon Elite | $1,501+ | 1.5× points

"},{"title":"How is my tier determined?","content":"

Your tier is based on a rolling 12-month qualifying spend total. The system recalculates automatically, so you’ll always be at the right level for your purchasing volume.

"},{"title":"What happens if my spending drops? ","content":"

If your annual spend falls below your current tier threshold at recalculation, you’ll move to the tier that matches your spend. We’ll give you a heads-up before any change takes effect.

"},{"title":"How does the referral program work?","content":"

Share your unique referral link with fellow licensed beauty pros. When they sign up and complete license verification, you both get rewarded:

You (Referrer): $20 in store credit!
Your Friend (Referee): $20 welcome credit on their first qualifying order

"},{"title":"When do referral rewards get credited?","content":"

Your $20 referral bonus is credited once the person you referred completes their first order. Their $20 welcome credit is applied automatically to their first qualifying purchase.

"},{"title":"Is there a limit on referrals?","content":"

There’s no hard cap on how many pros you can refer — the more the merrier! Just keep in mind that all referrals must be legitimate, and self-referrals are not allowed.

"},{"title":"Are referrals available to all members?","content":"

The referral program is subject to applicable law and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

"},{"title":"Do my points expire?","content":"

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity — meaning no purchase or earning action for a full year. We designed this window with busy professionals in mind: even placing just two or three orders a year keeps your points active.

"},{"title":" Will I be notified before my points expire?","content":"

Absolutely. We’ll send you an email reminder 30 days before any points are set to expire, giving you plenty of time to place an order or complete an earning action.

"},{"title":"Where can I check my points balance?","content":"

Log in to your PBS account and visit the rewards dashboard. You’ll see your current balance, tier status, earning history, and available redemptions all in one place.

"},{"title":"Can I use my points during a sale?","content":"

Points redemptions (store credit or free product) cannot be combined with sitewide promotions, event pricing (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), or clearance items. If a promo is active at checkout, the system will apply the promotion and hold your points for a future full-price order.

"},{"title":"What purchases don’t earn points?","content":"

You won’t earn points on sale-priced or clearance items, gift card purchases, taxes, or shipping fees. Points are earned exclusively on the full-price product subtotal.

"},{"title":"How do I qualify for free expedited shipping?","content":"

Salon Elite members enjoy free expedited shipping on orders of $150 or more. It’s one of the standout perks of reaching our top tier — and a great reason to consolidate your supply orders with PBS.
